1. Scope

These Terms and Conditions apply to all bookings and participation in retreats organised by the Fashion Forward Collaborative (hereinafter "Organiser").

By completing a booking, the participating person (hereinafter "Participant") accepts these Terms and Conditions in full.

 

2. Formation of Contract

A booking is made through written or electronic registration (e.g. via form or email) and subsequent confirmation by the Organiser. The contract is considered concluded once the booking confirmation has been sent by the Organiser.

 

3. Prices and Payment

Applicable prices are communicated at the time of booking. Unless otherwise agreed, the total amount is due within 14 days of the booking confirmation.

Payment is made by bank transfer or via the payment method specified during the booking process.

 

4. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be submitted in writing (by email) to fashionforward.retreat@gmail.com. The date on which the cancellation is received is the determining factor.

 

Cancellation Fees

The following cancellation terms apply, calculated from the first day of the retreat:

 

• Cancellation 90 days or more before retreat start: free of charge – full refund

• Cancellation between 89 and 15 days before retreat start: 50% of the total price is retained

• Cancellation 14 days or fewer before retreat start: 100% of the total price is due

 

The Organiser strongly recommends taking out personal travel cancellation insurance.

 

5. Rebooking and Transfer

Transfer of a booked place to another person is generally possible, provided the Organiser gives prior written consent. Any additional costs incurred shall be borne by the Participant.

 

6. Programme Changes and Cancellation by the Organiser

The Organiser reserves the right to adjust programme content, speakers, or venues for good cause. Such changes do not constitute grounds for withdrawal, provided the essential characteristics of the retreat are maintained.

In the event of a full cancellation of the retreat by the Organiser, all payments already made will be refunded in full. Claims beyond this (e.g. travel or accommodation costs) are excluded unless the Organiser is at fault.

 

7. Liability

The Organiser is only liable for damages caused by gross negligence or intent. Liability for personal belongings, valuables, or individual injuries is excluded to the extent permitted by law.

Participants take part in all retreat activities at their own risk.

 

8. Data Protection

Personal data is processed solely for the purpose of managing and fulfilling the booking and will not be shared with third parties without consent. The provisions of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) apply.

 

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

Austrian law applies. The place of jurisdiction is Vienna, to the extent permitted by law.
